In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. Ephesians 5:28

Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them. Colossians 3:19

There are some things we can do to make our sex life better, and there are some things we can do to make our sex life worse.

1. Say something derogatory about their body.

2. Keep asking her to do something she isn’t comfortable doing in the bedroom.

3. Look at porn.

Wives, there are some things you can do to spice up your sex life with your husband.

Come to bed with something sexy on.

Wives, if you want to take the spice out of your sex life keep telling him “No” when he wants to be intimate with you.

Use sex as a form of punishment.

The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 1 Corinthians 7:4-5
