Believe It Or Not: All Religions Are Not The Same

I am the way the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Confucius was born in 551 BC.

Buddha was born around 560 BC.

Mohammad was born in Mecca, in the Saudi Arabian Peninsula in 570 AD.

You will find that those who are nearest in love to the believers to Muslims are those who say, "we are Christians." Surah 5:82

Fight in the way of Allah and slay the unbelievers wherever you find them and drive them out and fight them until religion is for Allah. Surah 2:190

Jesus was born right around the year zero.

If you have seen me, you have seen the Father. John 14:9

Christianity says that Jesus was God in the flesh and that He died on the cross paying the price for our sins.

Islam denies that Jesus was God.

Buddhist believe in reincarnation.


For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9


5 Pillars of Islam

- A declaration of faith
- Praying, facing Mecca five times a day
- Giving two percent of the income to help the poor
- Fasting during the month of Ramadan
- Taking a pilgrimage to Mecca at least once during a person’s life

If you are killed or die in the way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than all that others may amass of worldly wealth. Surah 3:157


Two kinds of tolerance:

1. Social or Cultural Tolerance
This is accepting someone else as who they are regardless of what they believe.

2. Intellectual Tolerance
This is accepting what someone believes as right regardless of what you believe or think is right because you don't want to upset the other person.

A person can hold to the value that other people have a right to their beliefs, without believing that all points of view are equally valid.


It is by the name of Jesus Christ...salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:10,12
