Talk to your kids about the kinds of messes that sin can make. Give them some examples of how sin can spread and make more messes.

Has there ever been a person who has not sinned?
What are the consequences of sin?
Read Acts 2:38
Can we ask for forgiveness without first admitting we have done something wrong?
What does it mean to “repent”?
What does forgiveness mean?
Take some time to talk about your kids’ current standing with God in regard to sin.
Are they ready to be accountable for their actions?
Do they have a solid understanding of sin and God’s grace?
Are they ready for baptism?
Close in prayer by thanking God for Jesus and the forgiveness we have in Him.
