• Why was the woman surprised when Jesus talked to her?
• It is important to ask for help.  When was the last time you asked for help with something that was troubling you?  How do you feel when you have to ask others for help?
• When Jesus was speaking to the woman, Jesus was not actually talking about water but about eternal life.  According to these verses, who gives eternal life?
